Having a Flash Issue? Does it say something regarding FlashCtrl (Error code here, or error message here)?

Try installing the "Internet Explorer" version of Flash onto your computer, since the Raidcall utilizes the Default Browser on your computer aka the Internet Explorer.

Get it here @ http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/, than click on your system OS, than choose Internet Explorer, Congrats, hopefully this fixes your Flash issue~
